Elyse Boutique ships across the United States, and we work hard to get every order to your door quickly and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our warehouse to you.

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United States. Available shipping options and delivery windows can vary slightly depending on your location and the size of your order.

2. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as sales events or the holiday season, processing may take a little longer. If your order is affected by a delay, we'll let you know.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been placed, here's what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM
  • Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST) – New York

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other factors outside our control can occasionally extend these windows.

5. Delivery Restrictions

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or certain restricted locations. Some items may also be subject to carrier-specific or state-specific shipping limitations.

6. Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments

If a package can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the door, it may be returned to our warehouse. Should this happen, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, email us right away at info@elyseboutique.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
