Return & Refund Policy
Elyse Boutique accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. That means you have a full 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to send it back.
For a return to qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the condition you received it, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or another proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you full instructions on where and how to ship the item back to our warehouse. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us, as packages returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If we sent you something defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, return shipping is on us, completely free of charge. If you're returning an item simply because you've changed your mind or it's not quite right for you, you'll be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

Damages and Issues
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
A few categories of items can't be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We're also unable to accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the style or size you actually want is to return your current item and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
Refunds
After your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may need additional time on their end to post the funds.
