Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship? We deliver to addresses throughout the United States. At this time we're unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or certain restricted locations.

How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surprise fees at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and transit takes 4–9 business days after that. In total, expect your order within 6–12 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing sooner. These are estimates, and occasionally carrier delays or severe weather can extend them slightly.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the email arrives.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us at info@elyseboutique.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's been handed to the carrier, we're no longer able to make changes, but you can use our standard return process after it arrives.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do? First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If your package appears lost or hasn't moved for several days, email us at info@elyseboutique.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away.

What happens if delivery fails? If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional shipping charge may apply.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached and original packaging, along with your proof of purchase.

How do I start a return? Email info@elyseboutique.com and we'll take it from there. Once your return is approved, we'll send full instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Please wait for approval before sending anything, as unapproved returns can't be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping? If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is completely free, we'll cover it. If you're returning something because you changed your mind or it isn't quite right, return shipping is at your expense.

When will I get my refund? Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the funds. If 15 business days pass after approval with no refund, contact us and we'll chase it up.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style? The fastest route is to return your current item and place a fresh order for the one you want once your return is accepted.

Are any items non-returnable? Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. We also can't accept returns on perishable, custom, or personal care items, though these rarely apply to our range.

My item arrived damaged. What now? Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us immediately at info@elyseboutique.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. 

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in USD.

Is my payment information safe? Yes. Our entire site runs on SSL encryption and our checkout is PCI compliant. We never see or store your full card number, only the last four digits.
